Did you know that using the Dispensary at Shap Medical Practice helps support all the other services we provide?

We always aim to provide a friendly, professional and efficient service.

Our dedicated dispensary staff know you and you know them, making for a personal service with good communication – and there is always a doctor on hand should there be any queries.

The surgery also provides local employment for Shap and the wider area.

As a consequence, it is very important to us, that you continue to order your repeat medication from us.

Without the dispensary the viability of the practice would be threatened.

The hearing aid battery/cleaning clinic is a walk in clinic which is held in the surgery on the second Wednesday of each month. You do not need to make an appointment – just pop in.

We are pleased to be able to offer additional clinical sessions with immediate effect.

You are now able to book a telephone call with a Doctor between 6.30pm and 7.00pm on Mondays and every other Tuesday.

You are now able to book an appointment with Dr Woodstrover or Nurse Ruth Millican between 6.30pm and 7.00pm every other Monday at Shap Surgery.

If you feel that you have more than one problem to discuss with a doctor or nurse when you visit, please book a double appointment.
