The results from the GP Patient Survey are in and we are very pleased with them to say the least. It shows what a fantastic service our team are providing the local population and how appreciated we really are.
Below is a summary of the key questions that our patients were asked:
- 83% of respondents usually get to see or speak to their preferred GP when they would like to
- (ICS result: 39% National result: 38%)
- 96% of respondents find it easy to get through to this GP practice by phone
- (ICS result: 55% National result: 53%)
- 90% of respondents describe their experience of making an appointment as good
- (ICS result: 59% National result: 56%)
