NAMED ACCOUNTABLE GP FOR ALL PATIENTS
All our patients now have a named GP who is responsible for their overall care at the practice. You may already have been advised of your named GP. If you receive medication, this information can be found on the white prescription slip you receive with your medication. If you wish to know who your named GP is, please contact the practice. If you have a preference as to which GP that is, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.
This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.
