MEDICINES/PRESCRIPTIONS

 

We dispense medicines as required to all patients living more than

1 mile from the nearest chemist. If you require a repeat prescription,

please contact the surgery at least 48 hours in advance. We would really
appreciate it if you could call after 1pm to collect your repeat medication.

 

You can order medicines either by:

 

a) Circling the appropriate items on the repeat prescription form and bringing

it to the surgery in person, via a third party, by post, or by fax.

 

b) Making a written list to include your name, the medicines

required and contact details.
